1. Using Riverix

Riverix provides a catalog, reading tools, community features, announcements, and access to selected novels and comics. You must use the service lawfully, keep your account secure, and not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or misuse other users' information.

2. Riverix Premium

Riverix Premium is offered at $4.99 USD per month. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Your checkout page will display the final amount and available payment terms before you confirm. Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees.

Premium access is linked to the Riverix account used at checkout. Access is available while the subscription is active and the current paid period has not ended. Do not share or resell account access.

3. Cancellation and billing management

You can manage your payment method and cancel through the Premium page when subscription management is available for your account. Cancellation is configured to take effect at the end of the current billing period; access remains available until that period ends. If a payment fails, Premium access may be interrupted until the subscription is brought back into good standing.

Any refund or statutory consumer rights that apply under the laws governing your purchase remain unaffected by these terms.

4. Content and intellectual property

Riverix makes content available only where it owns the relevant rights or has permission to distribute it. Availability can change if a licence expires, a rights holder requests removal, or a technical issue prevents publication. You may read content for personal use only and may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly republish it without permission from the relevant rights holder.

5. Availability and account actions

We work to keep Riverix available and reading progress reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of every title. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass subscription or security controls.
